Triumph At Trading offers no analysis or advice regarding its clients’ individual financial suitability to trade equities or commodities and, under no circumstances, shall Triumph At Trading be liable to any visitor, user, and/or any third party for any financial losses, lost opportunities, indirect, special, incident, consequential, punitive, or any other damages whatsoever. Triumph At Trading assumes no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies, mis-statements, errors, or fabrications contained within any documents, data, materials, and web site pages contained herein and associated pages, either through error or negligence. All information is provided solely as a courtesy to our visitors.
You agree to hold Triumph At Trading harmless for any act resulting directly or indirectly from this site, its data, content, materials, associated pages and documents.
The information on the website pertaining to each product’s trading characteristics such as trading volume, risk management, and style of trading is provided solely as a courtesy and subscribers should note that market conditions may dictate that trading occurs outside of these parameters on occasions. The impact of live trading conditions can result in substantial differences in the performance in contrast to hypothetical parameters.
Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscribers must promptly inform Triumph At Trading of the following: Changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Triumph At Trading is notified by e-mail of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the Service. Triumph At Trading shall not be considered notified until a reply is received from Member Services.
You are authorizing Triumph At Trading to e-mail you periodic updates and announcements, as well as your regular newsletter subscription and software signals. If you are not interested in receiving any further e-mails from us, you may contact us at anytime to unsubscribe.
All recurring subscribers are additionally bound by the following terms.
In order to establish a recurring subscription to Triumph At Trading products, clients must submit payment by credit card debit on our website subscription purchase page. The client must select the terms for the recurring billing (i.e. monthly or quarterly) as well as identify the products to be subscribed. Recurring billing will remain as is until Triumph At Trading receives a change or cancellations request. Note that all change and cancellation requests are only confirmed after an email response is received from Member Services.
Subscribers will be automatically renewed for the original term upon expiration, unless Triumph At Trading is notified via e-mail (support@TriumphAtTrading.com) no less than three (3) days prior to the membership expiration/renewal date. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to be aware of the recurring renewal date. The subscriber hereby authorizes Triumph At Trading to charge the subscriber credit card on file for the ongoing cost of membership indefinitely until such notice is provided to and confirmed by the company. All subscription sales are final and there are no full or prorated refunds offered regardless of usage.
Triumph At Trading reserves the right to terminate any and all subscriptions as it deems necessary if it elects to no longer provide its information to the public. This is at its sole discretion and only after providing advance notice of its intention to do so. In such case, Triumph At Trading will cancel the recurring billing of any and all subscriptions affected by the execution of such right. Prorated refunds may be offered to those who qualify in such case.
Subscription to our services may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Triumph At Trading or the Subscriber by e-mailing support@TriumphAtTrading.com at least three days prior to the monthly or quarterly subscription renewal date. When termination is requested by a Subscriber, the subscription fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service. Cancellation of service is not official until the Subscriber receives e-mail confirmation from Triumph At Trading. If the Subscriber does not receive a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours of request (excluding weekends and holidays), Subscriber must contact us immediately via phone at +1 (954) 607-7751
to confirm the Subscriber’s e-mail address is correct and that the cancellation notice was received by Triumph At Trading.
Opt-out of Promo Emails
If you prefer not to receive our promotional communications, we respect your decision. You may unsubscribe by clicking on the "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of our promotional emails or by sending an email to optout@TriumphAtTrading.com with "REMOVE" in the subject line. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for our database to completely remove you from our existing email campaigns. Furthermore, if you elect to sign back up for our information or an offer later, this may nullify your prior unsubscribe request. This does NOT unsubscribe or cancel any active paid product subscriptions that you maintain with us.
